Steps

Before you start, it is preferable to chill all the ingredients in the fridge for about 1 hour before mixing to have a more solid texture.

Add the aquafaba, salt, vinegar, lemon juice and garlic in a blender.

Mix for 30 seconds or until everything turns into a homogeneous liquid.

Start adding the oil little by little while mixing until the mixture turns into the desired consistent white paste.

NB:
You can use egg whites instead of aquafaba. Use 1 egg white for each 70 ml of aquafaba
