Ingredients

15 minutes
10 servings
  • 140 mlaquafaba (chickpeas boiled water)
  • 5garlic cloves (medium to large size)
  • 3 tsplemon juice
  • 3 tspwhite vinegar
  • 3/4 tspsalt
  • 400 mlvegetable oil (more or less)

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Before you start, it is preferable to chill all the ingredients in the fridge for about 1 hour before mixing to have a more solid texture.

  2. 2

    Add the aquafaba, salt, vinegar, lemon juice and garlic in a blender.

  3. 3

    Mix for 30 seconds or until everything turns into a homogeneous liquid.

  4. 4

    Start adding the oil little by little while mixing until the mixture turns into the desired consistent white paste.

  5. 5

    NB:
    You can use egg whites instead of aquafaba. Use 1 egg white for each 70 ml of aquafaba
