Pepper rasam
It is good for digestion and gastric patients.
Steps

Take a bowl add water for soaked tamarind.take a pan add oil,red chilies.

Take a jar add pepper,cumin,fenugree blende a fine powder add garlic cloves blend two seconds.

Add the pepper powder mixture.mix well.Add turmeric,coriander powder.Saute well.

Add tamarind juice,and salt.

Add hing mix and cook for five minutes on high flame.
- 6
Finally pepper rasam ready to serve.it is a best combination of rice.
