Easy Daikon Radish Meat Wraps

Since I had leftover daikon radish, I tried making meat wraps with it.
Coating the pork with flour helps hold the wraps together and prevents from falling apart. Recipe by kojyu

Steps
- 1
Cut the daikon radish into 10 pieces. Sprinkle the pork with flour. Place the shiso leaves and daikon radish in that order on the pork slices, and wrap.
- 2
Heat oil in a frying pan, and fry both sides until browned, then sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
- 3
Wipe off the excess oil with a paper towel. Add all the teriyaki sauce ingredients into the pan, and fry until the pork is browned and juicy.
