First of all filter the besan with the help of sieve. Pour butter milk in it and mix it well such that there are no lumbs.

Put the mixture on stove (low flame) and stir it continuesly so that is does not stick. Add salt and hing and mix it well.when mixture starts thickening, add coriander mint chutney and mix it well untill its thicken properly.

Now spread this mixture in a plate when hot. ehen it cools down cut pieces out of it and roll them.

For tadka add asafoetida, mustard seeds, sesame seeds and curry leaves after oil is heated. Now pour this tadka on khadvi.
