  1. 800 mlDashi stock
  2. 2 tbspSoy sauce
  3. 2 tbspMirin
  4. 1heaping teaspoon Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    To prepare the 'tsuyu' noodle broth: Bring the dashi stock to a boil, add the mirin, soy sauce, and salt, then briefly bring to a boil.

  2. 2

    I served it as 'nyumen' ♫ with somen noodles ♡
