Steps

Boil potatoes,mash them.. add salt & black pepper and set a side

In a pot add beef,ginger garlic paste,yogurt and all other spices and water.. cook it until tender and water dries.. Now shred it with fork or electric mixer.. don't not grind..

Now mix mashed potatoes & shredded beef mixture together

Now shaped kabab roll in egg & bread crumbs

Now put in a tray & put 8n freeze for half & hour.. when gets little hard put in a box & freeze it.. when needed it these out & fry it until golden brown color.. and serve it
