Steps

First Soak chana overnight or for minimum 6hrs.

Pressure cook it. Make purée.

Heat oil in a kadhai. Add cumin seeds & hing. Add spices and cook on low flame.

Then add tomato purée & mix well... add little water & cook.

Then add boiled chana & coriander leaves & cook well.Adjust gravy as per your taste.

Serve with paratha or Rice.
