Pat Porkchop completely dry, mix the marinate and throw in those porkchop and mix. Add in lemongrass, shallots and garlic and mix for 3 mins then add a spoonful of oil. Wrap it and set in fridge for 2 to 3 hrs.

Take porkchop and set in room temperature for 30mins. Add another spoon of cornstarch into the mix if too watery. Shallow Oil mid high heat fry one side 1 min flip, and do it for 4 to 6 mins. After cook serve with rice.
