For make a sponge sieve all the dry ingredients and keep aside

Take a bowl and whisk all wet ingredients.In wet ingredients mix dry ingredients slowly. Divide this batter in 3 6inch cakes pan.and bake it at 180 degree for 35 to 40 mints

In a sauce pan melt butter on medium heat and continously stir.mix brown sugar and cream.cook it for 5 mints.turn off the heat and add vanilla essence and salt.

Whipped Cream filling
In a chilled bowl take 1cup of whipping cream and whip it.when stiff peaks form add buttersauce and essence. - 5
Assemble the Cake
Cut the cake sponge in layers and decorate with whipping cream and butterscotch sauce. Pipe some flower on top and decorate side walls with chocolate rolls
