Whole Wheat Flour and Olive Oil Square Bread (One Loaf)

I made this with healthy oil and whole wheat flour, along with walnuts. This tastes great, even without butter.
The soft dough is sticky and bit hard to handle and mold, but it remains really soft even the next day!
I'm quite pleased with the way it turned out.
I added in the walnuts directly this time, but it is even more delicious if you roast them a bit before baking.
The dough is a bit sticky, so please sprinkle with flour when it gets difficult to handle.
Please adjust the baking time and temperature according to your household oven.
Or you could just bake it in the bread maker. Recipe by Youtank

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Make the dough in the bread maker. Roughly chop the walnuts, and please add them in when it starts the mixing phase.
- 2
Lightly release the gas once the first proofing is done, and bench for 15 minutes.
- 3
After benching, lightly release the gas and stretch the dough out into a rectangle.
- 4
Fold the dough into thirds according to the size of the pan. Blend it together so that air doesn't get in.
- 5
Roll it up but not too tightly~. Roll it up by rolling it back and forth. Close the ends firmly.
- 6
Place into a pan coated with grease, then let it rise for the second time.
- 7
Once it has risen to about 80% of the pan, bake in the oven at 200℃ for 30 minutes.
- 8
After baking, remove the lid and lightly drop the whole pan onto the counter to remove excess air.
- 9
Now your healthy, whole wheat flour sliced bread is done.
- 10
The walnuts accent the fluffy bread nicely.
- 11
This is whole wheat walnut bread with the fragrance of olive oil.
- 12
This one was eaten topped with honey. I recommend this as well.

An Everyday Shokupan Square Loaf Bread An Everyday Shokupan Square Loaf Bread
I wanted to make a simple, neutral ordinary bread to eat every day, so I substituted half the butter with vegetable oil to cut down on the base costs a bit. This shokupan is easy to make and we never get tired of it. Perhaps because of the vegetable oil, it's moist/silky and soft even the next day! I really like this bread a lot.12 to 15 minutes after you start baking this, it may be better to cover it with aluminum foil to prevent the surface from browning too fast. Do it quickly so you don't lower the oven temperature. For 1.5 loaf size. Recipe by Lesser Panda cookpad.japan -

A Little Luxurious - Silky Smooth Milk Shokupan - Square Pullman Bread Loaf A Little Luxurious - Silky Smooth Milk Shokupan - Square Pullman Bread Loaf
My daughter loves shokupan, more than sweet breads, more than savory filled breads. So! I thought I'd come up with an exceptional Pullman bread, and after much experimentation, this is it. It's great for sandwiches, but please enjoy it plain first. The moist, silky soft crumb is sublimely delicious. When forming the dough in Step 4, the keys are to deflate it gently and thoroughly with a rolling pin, and to form both parts of the dough at the same time. This will make the loaf come out very nicely. If you let the dough rise for too long, it will get unstable so let it rise with the oven preheating time in mind. Please adjust the baking time and temperature depending on your oven. For 1 220 cm [86.6 in] x 10 cm x 11 cm loaf. Recipe by Youtank cookpad.japan -

100% Whole Wheat Oil-Free Bread 100% Whole Wheat Oil-Free Bread
I decided not to use other oil in this recipe for a number of reasons: I'm on a diet, I want to make sure I eat enough fibre, and I also want to enjoy this read with olive oil. I made a normal bread dough with whole wheat flour, cut out the butter and lengthened the proving time to get a nice fluffy loaf.Make sure to prevent the bread dough from drying out at any point by spraying it with water etc. Since this recipe is oil-free, the bread tends to dry out quickly, so make sure to eat this bread as early as possible or store it somewhere where it can retain it's moisture. I use whole wheat bread (strong) flour. Recipe by Rurumiko cookpad.japan -
