Ingredients

  • 1 tbspOlive Oil
  • 2 tspCreole Seasoning
  • 2 tbspMinced Shallots
  • 1 tbspMinced Garlic
  • 1 lbCrawfish tails
  • 2 cupHeavy Whipping cream
  • 1 tbspHot sauce
  • 1 tbspWorcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbspButter
  • 1/4 cupChopped Green Onions
  • 1salt to taste
  • 1pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat olive oil over medium heat.

  2. 2

    Saute garlic & shollots

  3. 3

    Add crawfish & creole seasoning.

  4. 4

    Sautee for 2 mins.

  5. 5

    Add cream, hot sauce, & Worcestershire.

  6. 6

    Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer.

  7. 7

    Simmer until thickened or reduced by half.

  8. 8

    Add butter, salt, pepper, & green onions.
