Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspOlive Oil
  2. 2 tspCreole Seasoning
  3. 2 tbspMinced Shallots
  4. 1 tbspMinced Garlic
  5. 1 lbCrawfish tails
  6. 2 cupHeavy Whipping cream
  7. 1 tbspHot sauce
  8. 1 tbspWorcestershire Sauce
  9. 1 tbspButter
  10. 1/4 cupChopped Green Onions
  11. 1salt to taste
  12. 1pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat olive oil over medium heat.

  2. 2

    Saute garlic & shollots

  3. 3

    Add crawfish & creole seasoning.

  4. 4

    Sautee for 2 mins.

  5. 5

    Add cream, hot sauce, & Worcestershire.

  6. 6

    Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer.

  7. 7

    Simmer until thickened or reduced by half.

  8. 8

    Add butter, salt, pepper, & green onions.
