Soak sabudana and samo for 7 to 8 hrs.Then grind it and ferment overnight.you will get fluffy batter or you can add eno(optional)

Steam idli cooker,pour batter in idli stand qnd allow to steam for 15 to 20 min.Let it cool,idli are ready,serve with green coconut chutney

For chutney grind all chutney ingredients in a blender,add water for its consistency and temper it with oil,jeera and kadhi patta

Serve hot idli with green coconut chutney.
