Steps

Heat ghee in a pan add curry leaves, cumin seeds & ginger chilli paste. Sauté it for 2mins.

Then add chopped potatoes nd crushed peanuts to it & cook for 2mins.

Then add salt, black pepper powder n mix well.Add soaked sabudana to it & mix properly.

At last add sugar & lime juice to it. mix & switch off the flame. serve hot.

Add ginger & curry leaves only if you eat in fast... changes can be done as per your rules.

For soaking sabudana wash it 2-3 times,then add very little water & keep it for minimum 4 hrs.
