Mix flour, salt and oil, use water to form a dough

Boil potatoes, peel it and cut it, grate onion and scotch bonnet, dice spring onion/green pepper,

Mash the potatoes, add grated scotch bonnet and onion, green pepper, seasonings and spices, mix it all together

Flat the dough and spray the potato mixture on it

Roll the dough as seen in the picture

Use sharp knife to cut it

Form a watery mixture of corn flour/flour, put the pinwheels inside and fry it in a hot oil
