Ingredients

2-4 servings

10-12mushroom
2 tbspbutter
1 tbspmaida
1 cupMilk
1 cubeamul cheese
1pouch oregano seasoning
1pouch chilli flakes
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tspginger garlic paste
as requiredAmul fresh cream
1 tbspmayonnaise

Sprinkle atta Or maida on mushroom and wash throughly with running water and cut it

Heat a frying pan with butter, add maida, ginger garlic paste, oregano seasoning, chilli flakes, black pepper, milk, water and prepare white sauce

Add mushroom with white sauce

Add cheese, mayonnaise and 1 tbsp butter

Boil for 5-10 minutes on slow flame

Add fresh cream and serve it hot
