These one bite samosa carries a legacy.paddlers used to sell them outside schools(mybe still sell) in bamboo basket which they kept over their heads.he give samosa dip in khatti meethi chutni over a piece of paper & they were so delicious that sometimes kids even licked the paper. Then with passing time these are available in bakeries & other shops even sold as a frozen item.Our family liked ones from United king in karachi and thats how I opt to make them at home

Boil and mash potato.mix spices well without lumps

Cut one regular samosa patti lengthwise then in half as shown in pic. Means from one samosa patti Iam making 4 one bite samosa

Stuff filling inside.close edges with slury keep in fridge for sometime covered

Fry in hot oil at medium flame.

Enjoy adorable one bite samosa with imli ki chutni or ketchup al9ng with cookpad team zafran
