We use to eat chakki ka atta but for paratha I add some white flour because everyone wants crispy paratha #joy
Steps

Make 4 balls of dough and roll it then spread the ghee and fold it in square shape or you can make round also
- 2
Now fold all 4 balls and again roll it but not hardly
- 3
Now heat the pan (tawa) and make it paratha at medium heat and spread some more ghee and cook till paratha will be brown and crispy and you will see the layers

Serve hot crispy paratha with kheer or anything which you like
