In a large mixing bowl: Add in the grated Cucumbers & rest all other aforementioned ingredients and mix everything well together until nicely combined

Add in the Baking Powder & Salt at the last...cover it & set aside for about 10-15 mins time, allowing the suji/semolina to absorb into the batter/mixture, perfectly

Now, heat up a frying pan (preferably non-stick) over the medium flame & pour in the batter- About, a ladle full each time or depending on the size & shape & thickness you want

Fry each one of the pancakes about 2-3 mins on one side, once it starts browning & leaves the sides & bottom of the pan, on its own then, quickly flip it over carefully onto its other side & again fry the same similarly for the similar amounts of time until it turns nicely dark golden brown on its both sides

Once done, transfer them onto a separate dish/plate & then onto your serving platters for a wholesome meal/breakfast, etc. It can be accompanied with the dip/s, sauces, of your choice or simply with plain curd- mixed with black salt, peppers, roasted cumin powder & finely chopped coriander leaves
