Steps

Firstly take a deep bottom pan, add good amount of water.

Now add 2 tsp salt & 2 tsp oil, boil it.

Add Macaroni, boil it till almost cooked. Strain it, keep aside.

Take a wok, add oil, heat it.

Add green chili, saute it for a sec.

Now add onion, stir fry it till pink.

Add ginger garlic paste, saute it until rawness is released.

Add tomato 🍅 & veggies, stir it. Add salt now.

Cook it for 7 min. Do not make tomato mushy. Add Macaroni now.

Add haldi, dhania & red chilli powder, mix it well.

Now add black pepper powder & chat masala powder, give a stir.

Add tomato ketchup, mix it well. Stir it fir a minute.

Switch off the flame now, cover it with the lid for 5 minutes.

Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.

This is a very good tea time snack.

All cooking has been done on high flame.
