Ingredients

  • 4small RIPE avocados (about 400g weight before preparation)
  • 1 tbsplime juice
  • 1 tspsalt
  • Halfa fresh tomato (just the flesh), chopped small

Steps

  1. 1

    Open the avocados, remove the stone and scoop out the flesh into a good-sized bowl. Mash with a fork. Stir in the salt, lime juice and chopped tomato. Best served immediately, will keep for a short time in the fridge in an airtight container (or covered in cling film)

  2. 2

    OPTIONAL - you can add chilli flakes, chopped coriander leaves or whatever you like - experiment away!
