  2. १ उकडलेला बटाटा
  3. १ कांदा
  4. ३टेबल स्पून ओले वाटण कांदा+खोबरे
  5. १/२ टेबल स्पून हळद
  6. २ टेबल स्पून आग्री मसाला
  7. १टेबल स्पून आले, लसूण पेस्ट
  8. २पिंच गरम मसाला
  9. कोथिंबीर बारीक चिरून
  10. ३ टेबल स्पून तेल
  11. १/४. टेबल स्पून हिंग
  12. चवीनुसार मीठ
  13. १टोमॅटो

    प्रथम चलने रात्रभर भिजत घालून ठेवा.सकाळी कुकरमध्ये शिजवून घ्या.बटाटा शिजवून घ्या. कांदा, टोमॅटोचे पेस्ट डीशमध्ये काढा.

    आता कढईत तेल तापवून त्यात मोहरी हिंग हळद, जिरे मोहरी घालून फोडणी करून घ्यावी.त्यात कांदा, पेस्ट घालून परतावे मसाला,वाटण घालून चने, बटाटा घालून एकजीव करावे.मीट घालून छान वाफ काढावी.पाच-सात मिनिटांत पाणी घालून उकळी आणावी.

    वाटण करण्यासाठी खोबरे+बदाम एकत्र करुन खमंग भाजून घ्यावे. मिक्सरमधून बारीक करून घ्यावे.हे वाटण तेलात खरपूस भाजून घ्या.भाजीत घाला.

    अशाप्रकारे सुंदर चविष्ट भाजी भाताबरोबर, पोळी बरोबर सर्व्ह करावे.
