First take the bel fruits and with a rolling pin hit all around it.

With a spoon, scoop out the soft pulp.

Add the scooped soft pulp in a bowl or pan.

Then add 1 cup water. Mix and then soak this mixture for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, with a veggie masher, mash the pulp.mash very well.

Then using a strainer, strain the mashed mixture in parts. With a spoon stir so that the mixture is strained well.

Now add 1/4 cup powder sugar. Or as per taste. And mix it well.

Then add 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder and 1/2 tsp black salt, Mix it well.

Now add 1 lemon juice, some fresh mint leaves.(cursed by hand)

Pour in glasses and wood apple cooler you can make the cooler thin or thick by adding more or less water. Add some ice cubes if you want.
