Firstly, in a large kadhai, roast cornflakes and poha separately and keep them aside and cool completely.

Add all the dry ingredients and masala to the mixing bowl and mix them up everything well. Then add tamarind chutney, green chutney gently mix well to coat the puffed rice with the chutney.

Enjoy your healthy bhel and serve immediately.
