Enchiladas with Ground Beef 🤎
One of my husband's favorite dishes ❤️
Steps
- 1
Cook the ground beef in a skillet. Season as you like; I use Maggi seasoning sauce, garlic salt, and pepper. Once fully cooked, set aside.
- 2
For the sauce, boil the tomatoes, onion, garlic, and jalapeños (leave out the cilantro for now). Once the vegetables are cooked through, blend them with the cilantro and chicken bouillon powder until smooth.
- 3
To assemble the enchiladas, warm the tortillas, fill each with ground beef, and roll them up. Secure with a toothpick and cook in a skillet until golden. (This is how I make them, but feel free to use your own method!)
- 4
Place the enchiladas in a baking dish, top with sour cream, sauce, and shredded cheese. Heat in the oven or microwave for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
- 5
That's it! They're delicious. You can add more sauce after baking if you like. Enjoy!
