1✔ combine 1/2cup finely chopped onion, 1/2cup finely chopped tomatoes, 2tbsp of chopped coriander leaves.
2✔1 tbsp of lemon juice and mix all nicely.place asid

3✔Heat oil in a pan.add small piece of papar if the papar fluffs and rises then papar are ready to be fried.
4✔fry papar by pressing the back of spatula or spoon.Otherwise if the papar fluff then it will be difficult to add toppings. Remove the papar with a slotted spoon or tong.place aside on an absorbent napkin to absorb excess oil from the papars.

5✔Alternatively just roast the papar.
6✔Add the toppings and spread across the fried/ roasted papar. Sprinkle chats masala, Red chilli powder,blackpaper and black salt as require.
Lastly garnish with sev and serve masala papars immediately. - 4

Just add the toppings to thepspar before you serve else they would get soggy.
You could either roast or fry papar.
