Soak rice, urad dal, Fenugreek seeds for 5-6 hours. soak flattened rice for five minutes.blend dosa batter by adding flattened rice and salt. ferment overnight.

Boil potatoes, peel and chop. Heat Pan add 1 tablespoon oil, add mustard seeds 2/3 green chillies, potatoes,salt, turmeric powder, chopped coriander leaves. Cook for five minutes. keep aside.

Blend coconut, roasted chana dal, coriander leaves,mint leaves, green chillies,salt, sugar, lemon juice. Add a little water blend. chutney is ready.

Now heat dosa pan, put little oil put a ladle of batter and spread. Cook well. Serve hot with potato sabzi and chutney. Enjoy healthy recipe
