Steps

Take a bowl,add suji,curd,water as per required, salt,mix all together, keep aside for 1 hour,however, if the batter appears too thick, add some water. grind to a smooth batter.

Brush idli moulds with oil. Pour the batter in the idli moulds.
Additionally, place the idli stand in the steamer containing some boiling water

furthermore, cover with a lid and steam the idlis for 10 minutes.

Now take tadka pan,add oil,green chilli,mustard seeds,add mini idli,mix well,garnish with red chilli powder
