Pakora Fries are mostly considered as the food full of cholesterol and risk for the healthy life-style. It's true to some extend but only when it's intake is too high in your body.

Mostly Potatoes contain important nutrients, even when cooked. The Iron, phosphrous, calcium, magnesium and zinc in potatoes all help the body to build and maintain bone structure and strength. A low sodium intake is essential for maintaining a healthy blood pressure, but increasing potassium intake may be just as important. Potassium, calcium and magnesium are all present in the potato. These have been found to decrease blood pressure naturally. Potatoes are a great source of vitamin B6, this plays a vital role in energy metabolism.

I know all these details are not relevant for many of you. My only motive is to always share something healthier and delightful for my Cookpad Family. Pakora Fries are rich in nutrients and essential vitamins for your body. I am sure you will love it when you try this at home.
