Steps

Add the egg, sugar, and vegetable oil into a bowl and whisk together. It's done once everything is blended nicely.

Add the cake flour and fold in with cutting motion with a rubber spatula. Stop mixing once it's no longer floury. The dough is done.

Place the dough in the middle of the mold and roll it out evenly toward the rim using your hands. If you place a plastic wrap over it, your hands will stay clean.

Bake in a 170℃ oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Without placing baking stones when baking, the bottom part tends to rise, but if you push it down with the back of a fork, it will flatten.
