When I was busy I made this quickly and had it as an appetizer.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 100 gramsLettuce
  2. 100 gramsBoiled octopus
  3. 1Shredded nori seaweed, as needed
  4. 1Toasted sesame seeds, as needed
  5. 1 clove● Garlic (grated)
  6. 1 tbspMayonnaise
  7. 2 tspOyster sauce
  8. 1 tspLemon juice
  9. 1 tspPonzu
  10. 1● Japanese mustard (tube), 3 cm plus

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the ● ingredients.

    Finely hand shred the lettuce. Cut the octopus into bite-sized pieces. Mix with the ingredients from Step 1, add seaweed and sesame seeds and toss.

    Transfer to a serving plate and it's done.
