  1. 1 cupsawiyan (vermicelli)
  2. 3 cupsMilk
  3. 4 tbsSugar or as per your taste
  4. 2Cardamom
  5. 1 tbsGhee

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Hot ghee and put cardamom and milk and sugar and wait for boil

  2. 2

    Then add vermicelli and cook till it will thick but not cook to much your dood sawiyan is ready to eat
