Chundo is a Indian sweet pickle.which is made with grated raw mango , sugar and some spices.we can store this pickle up to year.
Steps

First take rawango wash it.and wipe it.

Grate the mango.add sugar and leave it for some time.

Take a pan add mango and sugar mixture in to it.and cook into the midum flame.and in-between stir it.so it do not stick to the bottom. Add laung and Cinnamon on to it.

Check the consistency of it. For that take a plate and spread one drop.it is not spread than it is done.switch of the gas and cool it for 1 day.

Next day add chilli powder.and store in to the dry air tight container.

You can store this for 12 months.
