Batata poha is a simple, quick and easy breakfast recipe yummy and tasty

Wash the poha for 2-3 minutes and discard the water and keep it aside

Heat a pan and add some oil fry the potato pieces in it till they are golden brown in colour

For the tempering, heat some oil and add cumin seeds, asafoetida powder, curry leaves, chopped onions, Green chilies and roasted peanut

Saute the onion till they are golden brown in colour and add salt

Add the fried potato pieces and add turmeric powder

Give it a good mix and add the poha

Saute the poha for about 5 minutes and turn off the stove

Add a tsp of ghee and lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves

Serve the poha hot
