Watermelon coolers

Take two blending jars. Prepare both the watermelon coolers side by side.

In each jar put watermelon pieces. Into jar of masala watermelon cooler, add sugar, ginger juice, squeeze lemon,add black salt, black pepper powder. Make up volume to 300 ml with chilled water.

For the condensed milk watermelon cooler. Take pieces of watermelon. Add condensed milk, black pepper powder. Make up volume upto 300 ml with chilled water.

Now blend both the jars.
You can strain, if you want clear juices, but I usually prefer not to strain. - 5
Now for serving take glasses. Put small pieces of watermelon into one of the glasses. Pour in watermelon cooler with condensed milk into it.

Into the other glass pour in the masala watermelon cooler. Put roughly torn mint leaves on top.

Garnish with mint leaves/ sprig, put heart shape watermelon slices for decoration and serve chilled...

Watermelon is a nice immunity booster. It has goodness of potassium, vitamin A and values of Vitamin C. So include different preparations with watermelon.

Please note: if you have digestion issues with milk and watermelon combination, do try masala watermelon cooler...it's superb...
