I made this recipe because I wanted to use up my leftover ingredients.

This dish is so easy that even my husband can make it.
If you use tons of cheese, the okara will taste a bit like mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 3Spring roll wrappers (store-bought)
  2. 80 gramsFresh okara
  3. 1as much (to taste) Nori seaweed tsukudani
  4. 1as much (to taste) Melting cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the spring roll wrappers into fourths.

  2. 2

    Place the okara, nori tsukudani, and cheese on the wrapper and roll it up. That's all!

    You can either deep-fry these spring rolls or shallow-fry them.

  4. 4

    They're good as a snack or in bentos since they're bite-sized.
