1 packjambalaya mix (Uncle Ben's or Zatarain's)
1 packandoullie sausage or keilbasa
1 cankidney beans
1 tbsCajun seasoning

Chop sausage into ~1 inch thick pieces

Follow instructions on jambalaya mix box but also add the chopped sausage, drained kidney beans, and ~1 tbs of Cajun seasoning
