4 servings
  • 1 packjambalaya mix (Uncle Ben's or Zatarain's)
  • 1 packandoullie sausage or keilbasa
  • 1 cankidney beans
  • 1 tbsCajun seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop sausage into ~1 inch thick pieces

  2. 2

    Follow instructions on jambalaya mix box but also add the chopped sausage, drained kidney beans, and ~1 tbs of Cajun seasoning
