Chop potatoes, carrots, white onions, garlic and ginger

Fry white onions in olive oil in work. Move to side and fry garlic and ginger in olive oil

Add a little of the water, the doenjang, oyster sauce and rice wine vinegar then stir to combine. Add the remaining water to make broth

Add chopped potatoes and carrot. Cook until tender
- 5
Remove from heat and serve alongside rice
