  • 1 cupshredded carrot
  • 1 cupshredded beetroot
  • 1thinly sliced cucumber
  • 1 cupthinly sliced tomatoes
  • 1 cupthinly sliced red bell pepper
  • 1shredded Apple
  • 6lettuce leaves
  • 2 tbsproasted pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsproasted sesame seeds
  • Dressing -
  • 1/2 cupyoghurt
  • 2 teaspoonenglish mustard
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt

    Prepared all the things needed for the salad.

    To prepare dressing, add everything in a bowl and mix it well.

    To prepare salad, add prepared vegetables in a bowl and drizzle with some dressing. Add roasted pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds to it and give it a good stir. Do not add dressing in everything at once. It can be added as it is needed, otherwise the salad will become soggy.
