Matar paneer Bhurji (Punjabi style)

Ingredients

4-5 people
  1. 250 gmspaneer
  2. 2-3green chillies, finely chopped
  3. Half cupfresh peas
  4. 1/2 tspKashmiri chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1/2garam masala
  7. 1/2 tspcoriander
  8. 1 tspghee
  9. 2large onion finely chopped
  10. 1/2 tspginger finely chopped
  11. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add ghee/oil it. Then add coriander and let it sputter.

    Then add chopped onion and fry till pink and translucent. Now add the peas and fry them.

    Then add chopped green chilies and ginger and stir it.

    Then add all spices and fry it well. Cook till the peas are done.

    Then add the paneer and mix it well for 2-3 minutes.
