Take 1 cup rice and 1/4 cup mash daal and soak it overnight

After this blend the mixture until smooth paste and add salt. Also add Eno

On a separate pan take potato and bring them to boil.

After it has been boiled. Mash the potato and add all spices. Further, add chopped dhania, podina, and green chillies

Now take a non-stick pan and add 1/4 tspn of oil.

Now take a ladle and spread the batter on pan from center to outwards

After oneside has been cooked, put the mashed potato masala in dosa and fold it.

Serve it to people
