First wash the puffed rice with water and keep it in a sieve.

Now heat oil in a pan.

Now add mustard seeds and asafoetida.

Now add peanuts and roasted chickpeas and fry for 1 minute.

Now add sesame seeds curry leaves and onions and fry them.

Now add potatoes and mix and add green chillies.

Now add turmeric red chilli powder, salt and sugar.

Now add tomatoes and let it cook for 2 minutes.

Now add the puffed rice and mix and turn off the flame.

Now add lemon juice and green coriander leaves and mix.

The hot Murmure Ki Chatpati is ready to serve.
