Black Chickpea Salad

Soak black chick pea and pinch of baking soda overnight. Through water.

Boil chickpea in fresh water with salt until chick pea done.

Add two tablespoons oil and brown onion in chickpea.

Add turmeric powder quarter tsp, crushed cumin seed red chilli and slat.
- 5
Cook until water dries. Add Tamarind paste. And mix.

In serving dish decorate chick pea with all fresh chopped vegetables. And serve
