Steps

To make tarts : sieve the flour salt together on plate.

Rub the butter into the flour with your fingertips and mix well.

Gradually add ice cold water approx.3 tbsp and knead well to make a stiff dough and refrigerate for at-least 15 minutes.

Lightly flour the rolling lin and pastry board and keep aside.

Knead the dough again, divide into 10 equal portions.

Roll out the portion of the dough into circle. Place the tart case into circle and press it gently around the sides of tart.

Repeat step 6 to make more tarts.

Prick all over the tarts with the help of fork.

Arrange the tarts on baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 degree C for approx 10 to 15 min.

For toppings :
Cut tomatoes in circle shape and then cut onion in Cirlce shape and then cut carrots. - 11
Now take monaco and place cheese slice and put tomato slice then put onion slice then sprinkle maggi masala and chat masala on it. Then put crushed monaco biscuits. Your monaco tarts are ready.
