Made this myself during the New Normal period. I didn’t add glass noodles because my partner doesn’t eat them. Used ground pork, cabbage leftover from a som tam delivery, and basil leaves from a larb delivery.

Made this myself during the New Normal period. I didn’t add glass noodles because my partner doesn’t eat them. Used ground pork, cabbage leftover from a som tam delivery, and basil leaves from a larb delivery.

Prepare the stir-fry ingredients. If your spring roll wrappers are frozen, let them come to room temperature first.

Sauté the garlic in oil until fragrant, then add the ground pork and stir-fry.

Add shredded cabbage and stir-fry. Season to taste. Cook until dry, then add basil leaves and turn off the heat.

Place the filling in the center of each wrapper and fold as shown.

Place the rolls in the air fryer. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 7 minutes, then flip and cook for another 7 minutes.

Ready to eat! For a quick dipping sauce, mix 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce with 3 tablespoons water, a splash of fish sauce, and a little sugar. Simmer until dissolved, let cool, then add cucumber, shallots, and sliced chili peppers.
