Steps

Soak rice in water for 20 minutes.

Wash and cut the vegetables into medium sized pieces. I took carrot, potatoes, beans and peas.

Grind tomatoes, red chilli powder, green chillies into a fine paste.

In a pan add ghee when it melts add ginger garlic paste, onion and saute for a few minutes till the raw smell goes off.

Add the grinded paste, hing,turmeric powder and salt. Saute for a few minutes.

Then add the vegetables, soaked rice and cook on a low flame for 15 minutes.

Then open the lid add pav bhaji masala, mix well without breaking the rice.

Finally garnish with Coarinder leaves. Add 1tbsp of ghee to give extra taste.
