Beat the summer heat with refreshing Roohafza Lassi. A delicious twist to the regular lassi. Prepare it in a couple of minutes for parties or to break the fast during Ramadan.

In a blender take 1&1/2 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup Roohafza syrup, 1 tbsp sugar, a few ice cubes, and blend. Drizzle Roohafza syrup inside of the glass. And pour in prepared lassi until 3/4th.

Prepare normal lassi by blending the remaining 1 cup yogurt with 2tbsp sugar and ice cubes(adjust sugar as per taste and sourness of yogurt). Hold back of a spoon and slowly pour in prepared lassi over Roohafza lassi to make 2 layers.

Drizzle Roohafza syrup and chopped almonds. Yummy Roohafza lassi is ready to be served.
