Add hot water to the spinach and let it sit in it for 2mins only. Take them out of the hot water and dip them into cold water.

Steam the broccoli florets for just 3mins.

Add the steamed broccoli and blanched spinach to a blender/chopper. Add garlic and chilies and blend them together.

Now take it into a bowl. Add chickpea flour, salt, and turmeric.
Add some water to form a flowing consistency batter - 5
Heat a pan and pour a ladle on the pan and spread it in a circular motion.

When the Chilla starts to dry add some ghee and flip it. cook from the other side till golden brown.

Serve hot Chilla as it is or with some curd.
