I thought up this recipe because I wanted to eat chicken breasts in a delicious way.

When boiling the chicken, drop the chicken into the gently boiling water piece by piece. Then lower the temperature. Cook the meat in the water for 5 minutes without bringing it to a boil. Cooking the meat without bringing the water to a boil prevents the meat's moisture from leaking out, which leads to delicious and moist chicken. Recipe by Monpuchicchi

  • 3bunches Bok choy
  • 2 pinch○Salt
  • 1 tbsp○Sake
  • 2 tbsp○Katakuriko
  • 1 tbspSesame oil
  • 2 pinchSalt
  • 1 tspSoy sauce
  • 1 tbspBlack sesame seeds

Steps

    Boil the bok choy, let cool, and cut into 2 cm pieces.

    Cut the chicken into 1 cm wide strips along the grain. Rub in the ○ ingredients.

    Bring a pot of water to a light boil.

    Scatter the chicken pieces into the water. This will lower the water temperature, but will heat up again so cook the chicken for 5 minutes without bringing the water to a boil.

    Put the bok choy, boiled chicken, and seasoning ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
