Ingredients

  • Papri as required
  • Sev as required
  • 1 cupmashed potatoes
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspred chili powder
  • 1/4 tspchaat masala
  • Date and tamarind chutney as required

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    In serving plate place papri. In a bowl add mashed potatoes, add in salt, red chili powder and chaat masala. Mix well. Place mashed potatoes in papri. Drizzle date and tamarind chutney.

    Sprinkle sev on top. Serve.
