Toast the bread till crisp and then cut to cubes.

Heat oil in a pan and put cashews. Fry until golden then keep aside.

Add mustard and urad dal. saute until the dal turns golden

Add green chillies and curry leaves. Saute for some more time and then add hing.

Add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste.

After 6 minutes add tomatoes, salt and turmeric powder. Saute until the tomatoes turn mushy.

Put chilli powder and some sugar and saute for two more minutes.

Add 3 tablespoons of water then keep cooking until the masala turns thick.

At the bread and cashews. Mix everything totally. Add coriander for garnishing.
